Lead Social Work Professional

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior clinical leadership, supervising staff and students, and developing strategies to improve service outcomes. They will also be involved in mentoring and developing staff to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior clinical leadership and supervision to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise patient/client care delivery and improve service outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop staff to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
