Job Summary

This role provides senior clinical leadership and team management within the Social Work Department. The selected candidate will also support the mentoring and development of staff and carry a clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior clinical leadership to the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience and ability to identify opportunities and innovatively lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of service delivery incorporating continuous improvement, evidence based practice and research.
