We are seeking experienced professionals to fill two senior clinical leadership roles within our Social Work Department. As a Senior Clinical Leader, you will provide strategic guidance and direction to the team, supporting the development of staff and carrying a clinical caseload.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification, along with advanced clinical knowledge and significant experience in providing social work services. They will also demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, enabling them to effectively manage teams and drive positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services
