**Job Overview:**

Concord Repatriation General Hospital seeks a senior social worker to join its Critical Care team. This role will sit within a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in critical social work skills, work from a trauma-informed perspective, and want to build on their counselling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in social work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
  • A current NSW driver's license (P1 and P2 acceptable).
