The role of a Contracts Administrator is crucial in managing the successful delivery of projects. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team.

About the Role

  • Prepare, review, and manage contractual and financial aspects from procurement through to final project close-out.
  • Manage cost control, forecasting, and variations.
  • Assist with tendering and procurement processes.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

About You:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial or residential background.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
  • Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop within the company.
