The role of a Contracts Administrator is crucial in managing the successful delivery of projects. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team.
About the Role
- Prepare, review, and manage contractual and financial aspects from procurement through to final project close-out.
- Manage cost control, forecasting, and variations.
- Assist with tendering and procurement processes.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
About You:
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial or residential background.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
- Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop within the company.
