Project Coordinator Role:
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing contractual and financial aspects of large-scale projects. This includes managing relationships with suppliers, analyzing costs, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors
- Analyze project costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines are met
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
About You:
- A minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial or residential construction firm
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and cost control principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
