As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and financial aspects of projects from inception to completion.

This involves preparing, reviewing and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts, as well as managing cost control, forecasting and variations.

  • Prepare, review and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Manage cost control, forecasting and variations
  • Assist with tendering and procurement processes
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure budgets and timelines are met
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
About You:

For this role, we are looking for an individual with a minimum 2–4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial or residential head contractor.

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
  • Driven, detail-focused and eager to develop within the company

Requirements:
