Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our team at a new venue in Brisbane.

  • Lead the front of house team and ensure staff follow service standards and protocols.
  • Plan, hire, train, and manage staff members to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and budgets, and create venue policies to drive revenue growth.
  • Complete rostering and ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
  • Manage staff and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Work closely with sales and event departments for smooth delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a relevant management role in a high-volume venue.
  • Ability to generate revenue and have strong financial understanding.
  • RMLV Certificate and high computer literacy required.
  • Strong conflict resolution ability and passion for the hospitality industry.
