Full Time Front of House Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Full Time Front of House Assistant Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing a team on a day-to-day basis, hiring, training and developing staff, and maintaining operational policies and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control labour costs
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the store
  • Roster and timekeeping
  • Report directly to your area manager/s and Head Office

Requirements:

  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Skilled at problem solving, and being solution centric
  • Trustworthy with glowing references
  • A great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, and customer service
  • Willing to learn and excel
  • Available to do shift training at YOMG Chermside
  • Available to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends
  • Available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week
