Care Connect is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Support Worker to provide essential services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of personal care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal grooming and hygiene assistance, medication reminders, and domestic duties to ensure clients' well-being and independence.
- Provide mobility assistance and support with daily activities, promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Assist with food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation to meet clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, prioritizing their emotional and physical well-being.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home and Community Care, or equivalent qualification.
- Driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a care-related role is not necessary, but a genuine interest in helping others is essential.
