About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with daily living activities, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers stay connected with their community.
  • Help customers with medication management, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to customers and their families.

Requirements

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
