Infopro Digital is seeking a Business Manager to drive sales growth online and in retail. This role requires an action-oriented thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and e-commerce tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Needs
    • Develop a detailed understanding of the Australasia region's needs through analytics and market studies.
    • Identify and recommend expansion opportunities across all product types and sales channels.
  • E-Commerce
    • Provide e-commerce leadership and operational excellence for the Australasia region.
    • Manage sales revenue targets for the online retail channel, delivering on short-term and long-term plans.
  • Retail
    • In partnership with the Head of Consumer Automotive, redevelop and optimise retail channels in the Australasia region.
    • Support the launch and/or ongoing sales of new/existing products in retail and ePartner sales channels as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in e-commerce management with a track record of delivering sales growth.
    • Experience in the retail or consumer-oriented/product industries a plus.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
    • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
