We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead our online retail business. This role reports to the Head of Retail and is responsible for developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
  • Develop strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Optimise the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and website performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work with marketing to support digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Use analytics tools to inform strategy and track performance.
  • Ecommerce operations must align with overall business objectives and customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of current ecommerce platforms, technologies, and digital tools.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Shopping.
  • Data analysis skills to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Strong IT proficiency and analytical mindset.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on results and performance.
  • Ability to adapt to change and drive innovation in fast-paced environments.
