Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to lead and grow our online retail business. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational excellence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce platform.
2. Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Manage and optimise the online product catalogue including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
4. Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and website performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
6. Work closely with marketing to support digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
7. Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to inform strategy and track performance.
8. Ensure e-commerce operations align with overall business objectives and customer expectations.
9. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.

Essential Skills:
1. Proven experience in a similar e-commerce management role.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
3. In-depth understanding of current e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital tools.
4. Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Shopping.
5. Demonstrable experience in analysing data to make informed, strategic decisions.
6. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
7. Strong IT proficiency and analytical mindset.
8. Commercial awareness with a strong results and performance focus.
9. Ability to adapt to change and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
