Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Strategist to lead our process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement large-scale process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and automation techniques.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement business processes that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to attain AGSVA baseline clearance, NV1.
