About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre Departure Services professional to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating documents and procedures required for suppliers and passengers.

  • Issuing Passenger Documentation
  • Tour Rebooks
  • Payment Chasers
  • Health, Fitness and Mobility forms
  • Confirming inventory with suppliers
  • Sending manifests to suppliers
  • Assisting reservations team with queries
About You

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have an understanding of the travel industry and systems, and possess excellent attention to detail.

You should also be able to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously, while being willing to learn and aid other departments.
