
Travel Documentation Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel documentation and procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our passengers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Travel Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Cheltenham. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all documentation and procedures required for our passengers' upcoming tours, including issuing passenger documentation, packing merchandise, and moving stock.
You will also be responsible for ad-hoc administration, taking payments, inbound and outbound phone calls, collecting personal data, and assisting the reservations team with queries.
Requirements- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- An understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- A willingness to learn and aid other departments
- An ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
- Flexible work place culture with working from home opportunities
- Monday to Friday, 9-5, no weekends. However overtime for additional hours worked - if required
