Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Field Service Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers on-site, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose errors and resolve complex system faults.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Investigate and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all parts are recorded and returned within the expected timeframe.
- Utilize Aristocrat's reporting tools to update records in real-time with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality services.
