Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers.

This includes:

  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that meets our high standards.
  • Performing equipment upgrades, modifications, and maintenance tasks at customer sites.
  • Installation and removal of gaming equipment.
  • Investigating and resolving complex system faults and performing repair work as required.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Routine Preventive Maintenance.
  • Reporting Requirements:
  • Ensuring we capture all activities as per our requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring all parts are recorded and returned within our SLAs.
  • Delivering and reporting to requests from other departments within the company.

We require a strong understanding of and compliance with our Company policies, procedures, and regulations including health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PM, and break-fix calls.
  • Strong technical knowledge of gaming equipment and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
