Job Overview

As a field service technician, you will be responsible for on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of gaming equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers by diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PM, and break-fix calls.
  • Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
  • Installation and removal of all gaming equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system faults, and perform repair work as required.
  • Routine preventive maintenance.
