Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our National Sponsorship and Events team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations, as well as local initiatives to enhance the brand, reputation, and relationships of the firm.

This is a hybrid position based in Adelaide, with the potential to work flexibly with reduced hours. We encourage applications from people of all ages, nationalities, abilities, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
  • Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution.
  • Competent in project management and multitasking.
  • Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.).
