Key Responsibilities

The Event Operations Coordinator will coordinate teams, external partners, suppliers, and staff groups to deliver safe and timely event experiences. You will work closely with the Event Design Manager and the Operations Manager to ensure successful event delivery. Your responsibilities include negotiating operational contracts, managing event plans and budgets, and meeting financial targets.

  • You may be required to work extended hours during peak events.
  • You must participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • This role requires a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History check.
