National Event Management Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional National Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our National Sponsorship and Events team, you'll be responsible for the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations.
This is a hybrid position based in Adelaide, offering flexibility and reduced hours. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist in organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
- Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution.
- Competent in project management and multitasking.
- Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.).
- Flexible work arrangements to balance your professional and personal life.
- A competitive salary open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
