About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Lead to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for driving product development initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about innovation and has a proven track record of driving product development from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed business and functional requirements, including defining user stories and use cases for product developments.
  • Collaborate with business users and managers to set project and feature backlog priorities and define scope.
  • Accountable for product progress and project management of new developments.
  • Execute functional testing for new functionality developed on Platform, including conducting User Acceptance Testing and end-user training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or similar.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in business analyst roles or similar.
