Early Childhood Leader

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can foster a culture of excellence in teaching, learning and care.

About the Role
  • Mentor and inspire a team to achieve their best in providing high-quality educational programs.
  • Support the development of innovative, play-based learning experiences that promote curiosity, creativity and growth.
  • Contribute to maintaining open, respectful and collaborative relationships with your team and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver excellent outcomes in teaching, learning and care.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement early childhood education programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional growth and development of team members.
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or director role within early childhood education.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and relevant early education legislation and compliance frameworks.
