Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and providing exceptional service.

You will be responsible for receiving, quoting, and reviewing hardware requests, liaising with external suppliers and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

  • Plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivity effectively.
  • Identify sales leads and escalate them to Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer data.
  • Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids, and other sales-related documents.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute directly to the team's success, with potential for career advancement.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within the ICT sector.
  • Sound IT hardware product and services knowledge.
  • Excellent customer/vendor relationship building and management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
