About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Clerk to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.

As a Patient Services Clerk, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely patient information and documentation
  • Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Coordinating patient appointments and admissions
  • Providing administrative support to clinical staff

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
