About the Role

This part-time opportunity is available to provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management for clinical areas. As a Receptionist/Patient Services Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating patient records and completing necessary information accurately and in line with current procedures
  • Admitting and discharging patients accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service by handling patient inquiries via telephone and in person, in an efficient, professional, and caring manner
  • Arranging appointments for patients as requested by clinical staff
Your Responsibilities

As a Receptionist/Patient Services Clerk, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Environmental Services team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ensure patient confidentiality is preserved at all times
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
