Senior Researcher in Neurodegeneration

This is an exciting opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research in NAD biology and axon degeneration, with a focus on drug discovery and optic nerve diseases.

About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative research team working alongside scientists and clinicians. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Conduct original research with a focus on drug discovery and optic nerve diseases
  • Lead projects independently and as part of a team
  • Collaborate with teams and actively contribute to the mission
  • Disseminate research findings through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
  • Provide informal mentoring and guidance to junior team members
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented researcher with a strong background in neuroscience or a related field. You will have experience working with iPSC-derived neuronal cultures and primary neurons, experience with mouse models of neurodegeneration, and expertise in axon degeneration and NAD biology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a proven ability to work collaboratively.
