Role Overview:

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy collision repair workshop.

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee repair methods and quality assurance, ensure estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards, support the Centre Manager in leading and developing the production team, and drive workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee repair methods and quality assurance
  • Ensure estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
