Service Operations Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the service department, including administration and reporting
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with warranty requirements
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Building relationships with lapsed customers to encourage repeat business
  • Driving growth and profitability within the service department
  • Mentoring and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service management role within a dealership
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and experience with automotive DMS systems
  • A manual driver's license is required
