Automotive Store Manager

About this Role:

  • Manage store operations to meet sales, profit and margin objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for sales performance and financial outcomes.
  • Review operational reports and reconcile weekly figures.
  • Deliver regular business insights and key performance indicators.
  • Engage with automotive workshops and professional tool users to promote products and build relationships.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and ideally hold a MR license or be willing to obtain one (all training provided).
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with tools and hardware.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills and administration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, relationship building, presentations, written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in an automotive workshop or having owned a business is advantageous, but a desire to start or run one is essential.
