Canberra Toyota Belconnen have an exciting role available for an Aftermarket Car Care Consultant.
This is an important role within our dealership, so you will need to demonstrate your experience and results you have achieved in your current and previous roles.
Prior experience in automotive Aftermarket Car Care is desirable, as is your enthusiasm and flair for providing all our guests with the ultimate buying experience.
The purpose of this role is to sell aftermarket products across both the New and Used Vehicles departments to generate income for the dealership. It's the function of the Aftercare Sales Consultant to provide customer support post-sale of a vehicle and act as a contact between the vehicle sales departments and customers.
You'll have to hit the ground running, employing your finely hewn negotiation and closing skills to help us meet and exceed our dealership KPIs. Our sales team will want your assistance with double closing and deal negotiations.
About You:
Education / Qualifications
· Current Driver's Licence
Knowledge and Experience
· Previous experience in the automotive industry desirable
Professional Skills / Technical Skills / Competencies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service and maintain customer relationships
· Strong team player, with effective time management and organisational skills
· Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
· Motivated and action-oriented
· Previous selling experience in any field desirable.
You will also need to be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian drivers licence.
