Job Title:

Key Automotive Industry Specialist

A Key Automotive Industry Specialist is sought after to provide expert-level consulting and implementation services for Dealer Management Systems on the Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement successful Dealer Management System projects for Automotive clients.
  • Lead business requirements sessions with clients to ensure project success.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
  • Conduct thorough fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system.
  • Develop and review detailed functional documentations, including requirements definition, functional specs, design specs, test plans, and scripts.
  • Perform product configuration and customization during presales and implementation phases.
  • Present and demo solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct UAT sessions with clients, provide product training, and facilitate workshops.
  • Provide expert advice on product capabilities and limitations, as well as custom development opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices, standards, and procedures, including quality and delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting or business analysis with strong client-facing skills.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics AX.
  • Knowledge of Automotive business and/or Dealer Management System is an asset.
  • Successful track record of delivering minimum 2 full-cycle IT implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
