Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to manage resources and support project delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient allocation and proactive identification of potential risks, utilizing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

About the Role

  1. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define resource needs and develop short-term, medium-term and long-term project plans.
  2. Monitor and optimize resource utilization, ensuring efficient allocation and minimizing delays.
  3. Foster a culture of improvement by sharing lessons learned and benchmarking against industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address gaps in resources and coordinate with supply chain teams to meet contractual obligations.
  • Proactively address resource-related risks, including shortages or non-compliance.
  • Clearly understand all contractual entitlements, including KPIs and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in resource management or capacity planning within similar projects.
  • Familiarity with resource allocation and forecasting systems and tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good understanding of different customer technologies.
