Resourcing Coordinator – Connecting Queenslanders to a World-Class Energy Future

As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient engagement of capability and capacity of project resources required for the timely and cost-effective delivery of our flagship energy transformation projects.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate record-keeping of project team members and their roles, including resource reporting across various resource engagement types.
  • Monitor critical dates to ensure continuity of resource engagements and take appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with internal functions and project contractor partners to oversee all aspects of resource management, from maintaining accurate records to facilitating effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Review, approve, and process invoices for labor hire and contractors engaged on the project.
  • Work with the Project Controls team to record actual resource costs and develop future forecasts.

• Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in managing rosters, overseeing camp logistics, ensuring site health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE), as well as facilitating training requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability to address complex situations.
