Join our Fixed Networks team in Brisbane as a Resource Coordinator reporting to the Project Manager, supporting the Project team by improving the onboarding experience for our contractors, assisting with their growth and organising the required and potential training courses.

**About the Role**
This role would suit an incumbent who has a strong focus on detail and takes pride in their ability to make the team successful by ensuring effective resource management.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Assisting contractors with their onboarding documents
- Liaising with HSE Team to minimise time required for onboarding
- Assist onboarding new staff by managing the IT, vehicle and uniform request
- Organise required training for internal staff as required
- Maintain compliance records for the contractor base
- Prepare and run the RCTIs
- Assist contractors with their payment queries
- Seek continuous improvements in exploring contractors' growth opportunities and coordinate with the project manager and superintendent to approach new contractors

**About You**
- Previous experience dealing with contractors
- Be a people's person, confident communicator and have good negotiation skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Sound computer skills (especially Excel, Power Bi and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills
