Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily service bookings and ensuring all technicians are allocated efficiently
  • Assisting in implementing strategies to improve site productivity and revenue growth
  • Supporting the Service Manager in reviewing external service provider costs and quality of work
  • Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships through quoting and explaining completed service works
  • Contributing to a high-performance culture and supporting employee development

  • Experience leading a small team and promoting teamwork
