Job Description

As a Service Vehicle Coordinator, you will oversee the entire vehicle servicing process from customer drop off to pick up.

This includes effective communication and coordination between customers and the workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the vehicle servicing process from start to finish with attention to detail and precision
  • Effective communication with customers and the workshop team through regular updates and feedback
  • Responding promptly to customer queries regarding their vehicle services in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing customer vehicle services accurately and efficiently including payments and documentation
