Job Title: Vehicle Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Vehicle Inventory Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for automotive.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting. They will also work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-of-lease inspections and collaborate with other teams to resolve disputes
  • Manage and process Remarketing-related invoices and generate purchase orders
  • Coordinate lease terminations for operating leases and other products
  • Oversee group inboxes and relevant databases/platforms
  • Work with internal teams to manage PPSR encumbrances, registrations, and purchase orders for assets
  • Return vehicles and transport management
  • Assist with stock reconciliations and track vehicle preparation for sale
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment with excellent communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Analytical skills and ability to manage workload effectively
  • Experience in a used vehicle operation or financial services organization is an advantage
