Job Title: Vehicle Coordinator - Yard Operations

About the Role:

The Yard Hand/Vehicle Coordinator plays a vital part in our operations setup. This role, based out of our South Melbourne location, ensures we have vehicles readily available to customers via various product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all vehicles, ensuring they are full of fuel/charge.
  • Manage cars onsite at the depot, keeping the carpark neat and tidy.
  • Movements of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc).
  • Complete inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound).
  • Inspect and review accident-repaired vehicles.
  • Organize the depot daily – park vehicles securely and appropriately.
  • Support stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups – Service, Accident repairs.
  • Receive and prepare new vehicles (install telematic devices).

Requirements:

  • Holding a valid full driver's license to drive in Australia.
  • Comfortable commuting and working from our South Melbourne location.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • A strong 'can-do' attitude, demonstrating ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable).
