Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our industry-leading team in the service sector at our Bentleigh location.

">

No experience is necessary, you just need to have a customer service background and be motivated to succeed.

">

The role involves:

">
  • Face-to-face contact with service guests as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.">
  • Taking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of guests.">
  • Maintaining regular contact with our servicing guests to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required.">
  • Liaising with the workshop staff to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our service guests as promised.">
  • Working with manufacturer's warranty guidelines to submit and process claims.">
  • Excellent phone manner.">
  • The motivation to succeed and meet sales targets.">
  • The ability to be the main point of contact for customers and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service throughout their service, be it in person or on the phone.">
  • Communication/internal coordination with your colleagues with scheduling repair orders, etc.">
  • Promoting parts and accessories as appropriate.">
  • Competent computer skills, preparing repair orders, invoices, ordering parts and relevant paperwork when required.">
  • Must have a current driver's licence.">
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.">
  • Strong work ethic and impeccable personal presentation.">
  • Work well in a team environment.">
  • Conscientious and motivated attitude, with an eye for detail.">
