Principal Civil Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Civil Infrastructure team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams, delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across transport and civil infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to foster learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to secure new projects and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive consulting experience on Civil Transport Infrastructure projects, with a strong background in design and construction. You will also have a proven track record of working to TfNSW standards and a working knowledge of related disciplines including civil, rail, drainage, and geotechnical engineering. Additionally, you will have project management experience and a commitment to exceptional client service.
