Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments.
  • Develop and implement high-quality technical outputs that meet client expectations, while maintaining a proactive approach to project delivery.
  • Contribute to our high-performing team culture, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to develop their skills and expertise, aligning with AECOM's vision to build a better world.
About You

We are looking for an individual with extensive consulting experience in Civil Transport Infrastructure projects, preferably in a design and construction environment. Your expertise should include:

  • Design experience that demonstrates the development and evaluation of options to arrive at a preferred solution.
  • Demonstrated experience working to Tf NSW standards.
  • Working knowledge of related disciplines, including civil, rail, drainage, and geotechnical engineering.
  • Project management experience and a commitment to exceptional client service.
  • The confidence to utilize your reputation in bringing business to AECOM through networking and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications

A Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree is required for this role.
