About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects across a diverse range of transport and civil infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across transport and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Be proactive in delivering high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to our high-performing, engaged, and supportive team culture.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to foster learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
About You

We are looking for an individual with extensive consulting experience on Civil Transport Infrastructure projects within a design (including design & construction) environment. You will have a strong background in design experience that demonstrates the development and evaluation of options to arrive at a preferred solution.

You will also have demonstrated experience working to Tf NSW standards and a working knowledge of related disciplines including civil, rail, drainage, and geotechnical engineering. Additionally, you will have project management experience and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Civil Engineering is required for this role.
