About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Civil Infrastructure team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical designs and assessments for transport and civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical design expertise on multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects that meet client expectations and exceed their needs.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to foster learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that align with AECOM's vision to build a better world.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in civil transport infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of design principles and Australian standards.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical outputs that meet client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for the transport industry and a commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
