Job Title:

Senior Consultant - Contract Management and Advisory Services

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead strategic procurement planning, facilitate contract management activities, and maintain compliance with the WA Procurement Rules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic procurement planning for buying goods and services.
  • Facilitate initiation documentation, service design, and policy advice to support value-for-money outcomes and compliance with the WA Procurement Rules.
  • Maintain and update the Procurement and Contract Management Framework, procedures, and systems.
  • Coordinate compliance reporting, audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of procurement practices.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and experience in developing and managing contracts.
  • Well-developed written communication skills with the ability to prepare and present complex procurement and technical documentation.
  • Conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems and issues.
