This is an exceptional opportunity to join Xero, a leading company in Australia, as Senior Executive Business Support. With rapid growth on the horizon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Manager of the CEO Office, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations.
  • Champion company culture and implement processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage various tasks, including agenda revision, document maintenance, purchase orders, vendor invoices, meeting setup, and coordination with teams.
  • Gather information and research for upcoming events and offsites.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and manage travel budgets.
  • Schedule conferences and special events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Maintain Distribution groups, Onboarding documents, and Shared Drives, ensuring consistency and up-to-date information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for ad hoc duties and requests from the CEO Office, handling confidential information.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships between the CEO Office, XLT EAs, and Business Support portfolios.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Support Role, supporting C-Suite/MD/CEO level executives in dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated professional with a proven track record of autonomy, multitasking, and competing priorities.
  • Consistently deliver results against deadlines, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience booking travel for executives and senior leaders.
  • End-to-end event management expertise, involving intricate schedules and logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Prioritization and collaboration skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Innovative mindset, adapting well to change, ambiguity, and critical thinking.
  • Effective situation management, remaining calm under pressure, and making informed decisions.
  • Strong network building and team player abilities.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization, and time management skills.

Xero offers a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
