
Regional Strategy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Strategy Manager to drive business impact across Customer Solution Areas.
Your primary focus will be on translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into regional execution plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
In this role, you will develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategic plans, leveraging market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion. You will also partner with executive teams to influence key decisions and drive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional insight and execution excellence in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy to a regional execution plan.
- Partner with finance, Go To Market and marketing teams to inform strategic plans based on market trends and customer insights.
- Develop and implement short, medium and long-term strategic plans that accelerate growth across Customer Solution Areas.
- Identify growth opportunities in the market, innovate to grow market share, and execute new strategies with Regional and Area Leadership Teams.
You will have a strong track record of executing well under pressure, building and leveraging relationships cross-functionally, and influencing without authority. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field is required, along with 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales or a related field.
