Job Title:
Senior Director of Financial StrategyWe are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Financial Strategy to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting, developing and reviewing annual budgets and forecasts, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and providing strategic direction to ensure efficient business operation on financial aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee financial management and reporting to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment. Develop and review annual budgets and forecasts. Identify and mitigate financial risks. Provide monthly variance analysis to budgets and forecasts.
- Operational Excellence: Improve processes and systems while reducing costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Assess business cases for CAPEX and analyze ROI.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient business operation on financial aspects. Set financial goals and priorities. Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification in existing and new markets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Finance degree with further qualification, either a CPA or CA.
- Experience working with and leading a business with multiple locations and operations.
- Strong leadership skills and advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
